This article highlights the current labour market trend of PWD in Nepal, in comparison to the obligations Nepal must fulfill as a state party of the CRPD. It also shares how individuals or groups can file complaints when violation (discrimination/ disability unfriendly environments) of the CRPD is observed in Nepal to the OHCHR via email. Scientific interventions are also recommended.
